Kawaguchi Masami’s New Rock Syndicate & Kryssi Battalene LP Preorder is up. Official release June 26. Please read the message below that was shared via our Instagram page earlier today…

A few days ago I quietly put up the preorder for Kawaguchi Masami’s New Rock Syndicate & Kryssi Battalene LP. This record was first delayed by the pandemic, which cancelled KMNRS’ West Coast tour and has now also canceled their East Coast/Midwest tour. In light of the current situation in our country I considered delaying the release again but have decided that rather than have 300 records continue to sit in my living room I will release it and donate a large percentage of sales to both local and national organizations, bail funds, etc. I’m hesitant to say an exact percentage on this until I see how sales go but I will say that I have no intent of turning a profit, and no intent of recouping the money I put into this project. I think I can promise a minimum of 60% of sales and hope to do more. I will only retain enough money to ensure I can release 5 long planned cassette tapes in late summer and early fall.

Wholesale/distributor orders will work exactly the same, so distros and stores please get in touch. Orders on distributed items and old stock will be 100% donated - brand new Center live CS is on the store along with other hard to find titles.
|
I have also launched a full digital archive via bandcamp. 100% of digital sales will be donated and everything can be streamed for free (full transparency: physical/digital sales of the Reptile Ranch LP will be a smaller percentage because I pay them royalties). The Masami/KB LP will have full streaming access on the official release date, June 26.

If you are experiencing financial difficulty at this time and would like a free download of any C/Site releases email me.

Locally I will be donating to @blacklivesmatternewhaven @peopleagainstpolicebrutality CT Bail Fund, amongst others TBD and nationally I have a list going but please feel free to comment organizations you would like to see donated to.
